Generally, I use always a chance to talk with strong programmer. I had a dream in order such specialist was here, but he is not adapted to work with team. Apparently, in addition I want to catch hold of something. Generally, he is still a specialist with experience of 13 years. I tried to get to speak him more easily over a period of all interview. I wanted to understand, what he can do useful for us, but he was in own world and didn’t want to get out from there. Probably, it is proper – no need to change own ways.

There is no sense to describe the further our talk. I’ve met indeed with such class of people and if I have a chance don’t work with such personage then I use it naturally. I would not like to become in my team of such man. But I am known true, that there are possibility-people and procedure-people, which both should be in one harness. It was verified long ago. If “organism” respires and works, then it is no necessary to embed a foreign body.

He sit opposite to me and looks with hope in eyes. What can I tell to him? Nothing, if I will tell how it is actually, he understood nothing all the same. I can only become angry about our education system. It is cycled in out-of-date ideas instead of learning of students to get a job correctly. I make certain again in this.

There was a problem in a day or two ago: the program is not working suddenly and told me that it requires memory. May be I can add it for you? My "wonderful" program. But, what if you say that you lack it again? I spent a certain amount of time to figure out and find ultimately a memory leak. The decent choice is JProfiler, it helped to monitor the toward processes.

The women-programmers are some rare phenomenon. It is enough to remember my student's life in DPI. For example, there was no young lady on my course. One familiar student of the same educational institution and same faculty has told that she and her girlfriend are studied on their course and all other are guys. She says that they had lucky!

I think, it is necessary to have a courage for the girl in 17 years to choose as an educational institution the polytechnic institute and moreover any difficult engineering instead of the international relations. Certainly, not all people realize that to study as a programmer is difficult, not a secret, many arrive in this institution in order to marry successful as they speak. Quite defensible purpose, especially for the girl. There is a lot of guys and a competition is absent practically.

One my acquaintance, without knowing that I am a former student of DPI, told me that all happy marriages have been concluded by her opinion with guys from this institute. She made such large quantity of vivid examples that I rejoiced: it is a lot of examples, but Donetsk Polytechnic Institute is alone. I will not hide, the pride has overflowed me, but anything is possible.

Certainly, it is necessary to conclude from my professional supervision concerning to women-programmers, and as a rule it is not in favor of the fair sex. And thing is not in the confused jokes about blondes and still in any nonsense. I will not give vent to all details. Generally, it is not everyone able to keep the femininity and if she keeps, then it is strongly distorted practically to unrecognizability. Nevertheless, on my supervision, they are communicated with client much more plastically and more wisely. Thus, the knowledge of English can be at high level at all. It means that many characteristics inherented for women will not erase any such rough and absolutely man's trade.
